FAQ

01. If I place my order today, when will it ship?
Most in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (excludes weekend and holidays). We also offer rush delivery shipping. Rush delivery orders must be submitted before 3pm ET. If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you.

Additional shipping charges may be added to your order.

02. What is your return policy?
All of our products sold through our online store are unconditionally guaranteed. See our Return Policy for more information.

03. Can I order by phone?
Not at this time, all orders must be placed here on the website for security reasons, timely deliveries, and accuracy.

04. Is it safe to place my order online with freshdailystore.com?
Yes - online transactions are safe. We are using secure shopping cart provided by YAHOO with the latest encryption technology, 128-bit SSL, which secures your sensitive information before it ever reaches the internet.

05. Do I notify for out of stock items in my order?
If an order has been placed for an item that is currently out of stock or an order cannot be filled due to low stock, a Streets Are Saying Things® customer service representative will contact you later after you have placed your order.

06. Is there a group discount?
No, but if you are interested in placing a bulk order, then please contact us at customers@saster.net and we will get back to you about our wholesale information.

07. Where can I find sizing information?
All of the sizing is placed next to our product. Price, color, and size is all shown on the item page.

08. Do you ship to PO, APO, and FPO boxes?
Yes! We can ship to any valid postal address. Orders sent to PO, APO and FPO boxes can only be sent via US Priority Mail.

09. Where is Fresh Daily Located?
We are located in Brooklyn, New York City. Some of the products that we retail are also made here as well!

10. Haven't received my order yet, has it been shipped?
If you have received a shipping confirmation email, then yes, your order has been shipped. Transit time takes from 2-7 business days to arrive. International orders can take anywhere from 5-10 days since several of our packages get held up in customs. If your international order has not arrived within this timeframe, we recommend checking with your local post and customs offices to make sure your package is not being held.

11. My tracking number isn’t working! Why?
If FedEx is the shipping method, they can take up to 72 hours to update the tracking information. If USPS is the shipping method, the tracking number is a delivery confirmation and is updated when the order has been delivered or an attempt to deliver has been made.

12. What type of credit cards do you accept?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

14. What is the minimum order for Montana paint?
Streets Are Saying Things is an official Montana retailer. All Montana products have to be ordered in minimims of 10 items. We will not be able to ship any Montana product unless the minimum order requirement is purchased. This can be assorted Montana products, and any Montana category.

Refund and Return Policies:


You man return an item within the first 14 days after receipt so long as it is in it's original condition.

You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit.
No refunds are available for sale items – only exchange or store credit
Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.


Gift Certificates are not refundable.

There will be a 20% Restock fee for items returned with obvious wear or when footwear packaging is damaged.

There will be a $5 processing fee for items returned without either the original receipt or an RA number.

Price Adjustment Policy
Streets Are Saying Things offers a one time price adjustment for orders which have been returned within 14 days of their purchase date.

Toy Return Policy:
We do not accept Toy returns for non-defective merchandise. We cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different Toy item. If your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we'll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item.
